The Northeastern Pennsylvania Nonprofit & Community Assistance Center received funding from the Appalachian Regional Commission to assist two counties in our region with establishing a community foundation. The Greater Pike Community Foundation and the Carbon County Community Foundation will both receive $32,000 in funding to provide capacity building and technical assistance.
